Lexi and her Snowman

Over spring break it decided to snow a little.  Lexi had gotten a new snowsuit but was never able to wear it because there was no snow.  When she woke up and saw snow she was determined to try on that snowsuit to see if it worked.  She played and played and decided to build herself a cute little snowman.  She built it all by herself.  When she was done playing outside she told me that her snowsuit worked really well.

Riding Solo

A couple of days ago Maya asked Roderick to take her training wheels off of her bike.  We practiced and practiced and she just could not get her balance.  So Roderick being the good brother he is put her training wheels back on for her.  Yesterday she asked to have her training wheels taken off again and she got on her bike and away she went without training wheels. She has only crashed into a few things so far.  She is so proud that she can ride her bike without training wheels on.  She is growing up way to fast for me.

When Roderick was baptized I wasn't able to get a picture of Brooklynn and Roderick together.  My cousin Mindy posted a picture of the 2 of them on her blog so I snagged it.  (Hope that was o.k. Mindy).  I found the picture of when they were blessed together as well and had to post it.  I can't get the picture to flip. They are with their GREAT GREAT Grandma.  She was I think she was just about 100 years old in this picture.  She loved babies.

Happy Birthday Elder Siswick

We have been celebrating a lot of birthdays around here lately which means I have been able to make some cute cakes.  One of the Elders that we absolutely love had a birthday so we surprised him with a Soccer Cake or should I say Futbol since he is from England.  He was so surprised an couldn't believe that I had made that for him.  Elder Siswick is amazing and teaches the best lessons.  He brings such a great spirit into our home.  We love to laugh a lot and here stories about him back home.  

Cousin Fun

We were able to celebrate our cousin Sydney's birthday with her at her pool party.  It was so much fun being with the cousins.  She requested Cinderella Cupcakes.  I had a lot of fun making them.  Happy Birthday!

Gymnastics

When we moved we put the girls into gymnastics.  They LOVE going to gymnastics.  It doesn't matter where we are and what we are doing they are always doing tricks.  Our home has turned into a gym.  It is so fun to watch them.  I am just waiting for an injury.  They have learned how to do a lot of tricks and moves so far.
